AI agents are eating your job. Here's what to build instead.
June 22, 2026 · by Arthur, Mjolnir Design Studios
Conversational AI isn't coming. It's here. Apple's new Siri, xAI's Grok 4.x models, and a hundred startups are shipping multi-turn reasoning that can handle real work. The question isn't whether AI will automate your role—it's whether you'll automate yourself first.
- Your workflows are open source to AI now. Every process you document, every email template, every decision tree becomes training data. Audit your SOPs for what can be safely exposed and what needs a human gate.
- Build systems where AI does the thinking, you do the judgment. Don't try to keep AI out of your work. Instead, design workflows where AI handles pattern matching and you handle context, nuance, and accountability. AI as your analyst. You as the decision maker.
- Own the integration layer before someone else does. The agencies winning right now aren't fighting AI adoption—they're embedding it into client workflows so deeply that switching costs explode. Your competitive moat is orchestration, not resistance.
