Cookie Policy

We use minimal, privacy-respecting cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, secure your session, and improve our platform.

Last Updated: May 28, 2026

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies such as local storage, session storage, and pixel tags. Collectively, this policy refers to all of these as 'cookies.' Cookies let us remember your preferences, keep you authenticated, prevent fraud, and understand how our services are used.

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

  • ·Strictly necessary — Supabase authentication tokens, session identifiers, CSRF protection. Required for the service to function. Cannot be disabled.
  • ·Functional — theme preferences, sidebar collapse state, last-viewed dashboard tab. Improve your experience but are not required.
  • ·Analytics — Vercel Web Analytics (privacy-first; no fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking, no personal data sold).
  • ·Payment & fraud prevention — Stripe sets cookies during checkout to detect fraudulent activity and verify card ownership (Radar). These are required for payment to function.
  • ·Customer support — if you open a Calendly booking embed or contact form, those providers may set cookies to maintain session state during your interaction.

3. Third-Party Cookies & Processors

  • ·Stripe, Inc. — payment processing, fraud prevention, Customer Portal session
  • ·Supabase, Inc. — authentication session, row-level security tokens
  • ·Vercel, Inc. — Web Analytics, edge function routing, deployment IDs
  • ·Calendly LLC — booking widget (only when you interact with a Workshop or consultation booking)
  • ·HubSpot, Inc. — CRM tracking (only when you submit our intake form, contact form, or subscribe to The Hammer newsletter)

4. How Long Cookies Are Stored

  • ·Session cookies — deleted when you close your browser
  • ·Authentication cookies — up to 7 days, or until you sign out, whichever is sooner
  • ·Functional preferences — up to 12 months
  • ·Stripe fraud prevention — up to 12 months (set by Stripe, not us)

5. Managing & Disabling Cookies

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Most browsers also support 'Do Not Track' and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals — we honor GPC signals as an opt-out of any sale or share of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Disabling strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to your Mjolnir account or completing checkout.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently revised.
