Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using mjolnirdesignstudios.com and its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

Mjolnir Design Studios LLC provides: business consulting, full-stack web and application development, AI integrations and automations, the MjolnirUI component library, OdinAI Insight™ scoring, and the Mjolnir Forge workshop series.

Subscriptions & Billing

• ·Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• ·Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial-period refunds.
• ·Bitcoin (BTC) payments for the Founder tier are non-refundable once confirmed on-chain.
• ·Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.

Acceptable Use

• ·Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy our proprietary components without Elite-tier or higher access.
• ·Do not use our platform for spam, illegal activities, or malicious purposes.
• ·Do not attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our infrastructure.
• ·Do not use OdinAI to generate misleading or deceptive business reports.

Intellectual Property

All Mjolnir trademarks, the MjolnirUI component library, OdinAI models, and platform code are owned by Mjolnir Design Studios LLC. Component source code access is granted per subscription tier: free components (all tiers), premium components (Pro+), source code (Elite+).

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided 'as-is' without warranty. Mjolnir Design Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
